Below is more information and registration instructions for the Ladies’ Camp 2026.
Welcome to Toivonlinna, next to the summery seashore <3!
Date and location: The Ladies’ camp will be held
Fri, July 31 – Sun, August 2, 2026
at Toivonlinna Junior College,
Toivonlinnantie 630, 21500 Piikkiö.
Theme: The table is set.
There’s space, stories, things to offer, things to share with others, and of course, things to enjoy.
Praise and prayer – together and in solitude.
Part of the program will be in English, but simultaneous interpretation into Finnish will be provided.
Who: From young women to women of all ages (note: there is no childcare or children’s program at the camp).
Speaker: Sylvia Cariotoglou, Director of Women’s Ministry for the Trans-European Division.
Sylvia is a pastor currently serving as Director of Mission, Community Service and Women’s Ministry at the Trans-European Division of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. She’s passionate about authentic relationships and creating safe spaces where connection and stories can be shared. Sylvia loves God and having experienced His transforming grace in her life is inspired to see this reality in the lives of others. When she isn’t with people, you will find her writing or reading. Sylvia has previously served in Australia as the women’s ministries director, among other roles.
Registration: open here until July 15 or until the camp is full.
Price: 135 € per person (double room) or
155 € per person (single room).
The price for day visitors is 40–85 € (depending on your participation in meals and activities, so please email your plans to naistyo@adventtikirkko.fi).

Please include the name of the camp and the participant in the payment details. The camp fee covers meals, materials, insurance, and lodging (please bring your own linen).

Friday
4:30–5:30 p.m. Check-in at the dormitory
5:00–6:00 p.m. Dinner in the dormitory dining hall
6:30–8:00 p.m. Evening program in the upper hall of the school building (separate building, 2nd floor, not wheelchair accessible)
8:30–11:00 p.m. Beach sauna heated (separate building)
10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m. Quiet time
Saturday
8:00–9:00 a.m. Breakfast in the dining hall
8:30–9:30 a.m. Quiet morning devotions
10:00 a.m.–12:15 p.m. Worship service and Bible study in the upper hall (visitors may also be present)
12:30–1:30 p.m. Lunch in the dining hall
2:00–5:00 p.m. Afternoon program with activities in the upper hall (including a charity project) and, weather permitting, outdoors
5:00–6:00 p.m. Dinner in the dining room
6:30–8:00 p.m. Evening program in the upper hall
8:30–11:00 p.m. Beach sauna heated
10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m. Quiet time
Sunday
8:00–9:00 a.m. Breakfast in the dining room
8:30–9:30 a.m. Quiet morning devotions
10:00 a.m.–12:15 p.m. Morning program in the upper hall
12:30–1:30 p.m. Lunch in the dining room
By 2:00 p.m., return home and check out of rooms
Meals: lactose-free vegetarian.
What to bring: Please bring your Bible, weather-appropriate clothing, a swimsuit and towel, and your own bed linens. More detailed instructions will be provided to participants before the event in a camp letter.
Parking: Park your car on the sandy field behind the school building (the parking lot is in use for other purposes). Please note that there are no electric car charging stations available at Toivonlinna during our camp.
